I discovered this footage by accident and though I am not a huge fan of POV video, unless it is combined with the view from the beach, I think mounting the camera on the outside of the helmet does makes it more effective. Thanks to

Ha Ha - the old 'duck dive beneath the mat rider'. I get that a lot. Paddlers seem to instinctively know that is the wisest course of action when about to be run down.
